Mann was born on October 17, 1973 in a Jat Sikh family to Mahinder Singh and Harpal Kaur in Satoj village of Sangrur district, Punjab, India. He has a sister Manpreet Kaur, who works as a Punjabi language teacher in Budha Dal Public School, Patiala, Punjab. He also had younger brother who died at the age of just five years due to stomach cancer. | |
