| Soundous participated in the reality show MTV Roadies X9 (2022) as a contestant. The reality show hosted by Sonu Sood was shot in Cape Town, South Africa and it premiered on MTV India on 8 April 2022. For the first time, MTV Roadies had Ex-Roadies and Debutant Roadies competing against each other in Buddy Pairs. The other contestants were Ashish Bhatia, Kevin Almasifar, Baseer Ali, Arushi Chawla, Aarushi Dutta, Moose Jattana, Nandini G, Jashwanth Bopanna, Kavya Khurana, Gaurav Alugh, Yukti Arora, Sohil Singh Jhuti, Sapna Malik, Arshvir Singh Wahi, Sidharth Manoj, Tanish Ghorpade, Sakshi Sharma, Simi Talsania and Angad Bawa. | In November 2022, Soundous Moufakir entered the dating-based reality show "MTV Splitsvilla X4" as a contestant. The other contestants of the reality show hosted by Sunny Leone and Arjun Bijlani were Hamid Barkzi, Justin D'Cruz, Sakshi Shrivas, Kashish Thakur, Akashlina Chandra, Amir Hossein, Pema Leilani, Prakshi Goyal, Tara Prasad, Honey Kamboj, Moose Jattana, Mehak Sembhy, Sohail D, Shrea Prasad, Aagaz Akhtar, Hiba Trabelssi, Kashish Ratnani, Samarth Jurel, Aradhana Verma, Sakshi Dwivedi, Shivam Sharma, Joshua Chhabra, Saumya Bhandari, Rishabh Jaiswal, Oviya Darnal and Dhruvin Busa. Later, Urfi Javed entered as a wild-card. The other contestants of the reality show hosted by Rohit Shetty are Aishwarya Sharma, Anjali Anand, Anjum Fakih, Archana Gautam, Arjit Taneja, Daisy Shah, Dino James, Nyra Banerjee, Rashmeet Kaur, Rohit Roy, Ruhi Chaturvedi Saainiyol, Sheezan Mohammed Khan, and Shiv Thakare. 12 Moufakir has learned Hindi for "Khatron Ke Khiladi 13" as she did not want the language to be a hindrance in expressing herself and also want to connect on a deeper level with Hindi-speaking audience. I believe that language should never be a hindrance to expressing oneself, and I want to connect with the viewers on a deeper level. By learning Hindi, I am taking a step towards making myself more accessible and relatable to the Hindi-speaking audience. I want to thank the show for giving me this opportunity to learn a new language and I'm determined to make the most of it.
