Initially she was approached to play the role of Anita Mishra and actress Rashami Desai was cast to play the role of Angoori but after Rashami opted out due to some reasons, Shilpa was cast as Angoori and Saumya Tandon was roped in to play the role of Anita Mishra. Shinde quit the show in March 2016 and accused the makers of mentally torturing her. She was replaced by Shubhangi Atre. | |
