In October 2023, Vikas Oberoi and Gayatri Joshi met with a car accident in Sardina, Italy which left an elderly couple dead. The couple was on a vacation there and they were driving their dark blue Lamborghini during the Sardinia Supercar Tour. The collision took place when their Lamborghini and a red Ferrari tried to overtake a camper van at the same time, resulting in the overturning of the van and the Ferrari catching fire and the couple inside the Ferrari died. 10
