Sunjay Kapur is a billionaire businessman known for being the ex-husband of bollywood actress Karishma Kapoor. He is the Chairman of Sona Group, President of Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), Co-Chairman CII Manufacturing Council and member of the board of governors of The IPSS Doon School, India.
Sunjay Kapur was born on October 15, 1971 to Dr. Surinder Kapur, the Founder Chairman of the Sona Group and wife Rani Kapur in Michigan, United States. He has 2 sisters, Superna R Motwane and Mandira Kapur Koirala.
He completed his high school education from the prestigious Doon School, Dehradun in 1992. Then he finished his schooling from The Cathedral & John Connon School, Mumbai in 1994.
Sunjay graduated with a BBA degree in Corporate Strategy & Human Resource Management from University of Buckingham, U.K. in 1995.
