Zoya Afroz started working in Bollywood movies & television serials since the age of three.
She participated in the Rasna sponsored "Mahasearch Contest" at the age of 3. After that she featured in Rasna's commercial.
After that she played the role of Neelam Kothari's daughter in the Rajshri Productions's movie Hum Saath Saath Hain (1999).
Zoya featured in television commercials for Rasna, Pond's, KFC, Asian Paints, Parliament Basmati Rice, OnePlus, Maruti Suzuki Dzire, LG, Century Plyboards, Coca-Cola.
She was crowned second runner-up in Femina Miss India 2013 pageant on March 24, 2013.
In 2021 she was crowned as Miss India International 2021. She will now represent india at the Miss International 2022 pageant to be held in Yokohama City, Japan.
